BEER WINE & LIQUOR VENDOR APPLICATION:

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Vendor space will be 10x15

  • Must provide tent, table and signage

  • Power can be arranged as needed.

  • The return of this application does not constitute an approved and executed agreement until accepted by Brew York.

  • This agreement releases Brew York from liability resulting from negligence on the vendor’s behalf.

  • Tastings run for three hours (applicable to breweries, wineries, and distillers). Many pourers stay longer, and you are welcome to, also.

    • Beverage Vendors are required to provide all required alcohol permits

    • We would like to sell your product (alcohol) if you have distribution

    • We will provide a sample cup and ice
